Dublin City Wedding Photography
We love a Dublin city wedding and when the weather is good and the day is warm its the best! Daniel & Scheryll are two very easy people to be around and it was so nice to spend the day with them. Their ceremony was in Dublin’s incredible City Hall and then on to Cleaver east for their reception at the Clarence Hotel.
For us, weddings like this allow us to be at our best, when the brief is documentary with a little time for portraits it allows the freedom to really immerse ourselves in the day. We’re always happy to get the few family shots that matter and spend a little time with the couple but when the day is mostly candid its gravy..
City Hall has that special light and always is an amazing venue to shoot a ceremony. I love its high dome roof and echoey sounds it has that cathedral feel. Scheryll and Daniels day could not of went smoother from the morning hanging with Scheryll in town, the walks around the city and the late night dancing in a tiny space packed full of guests.
There was a really beautiful sunset that evening and with access to the roof we managed to get some time between courses to take a quick trip up to the roof and capture a few minutes just capturing the evening light and some amazing skies.
What a day it was, it was an honour to be there to capture the day. Thanks so much to Daniel and Scheryll for allowing us to be a part of it and wishing you the best in the future.
