“House Party Wedding Venue Ireland”…. you know when a bride finds her venue with this search term it’s gonna be a good day… and it was… Shane and Sheila’s wedding day house party was nothing less than a day of that.. partying, fun, lawn games, sports and chilling in a big beautiful house in Tipperary. The day started early with a full on breakfast and very nice coffee in order to set us up for the prep that was about to happen. Most of what you see is the culmination of hard work and planning by these guys. Everyone chipped in, everyone got involved. Shane and Sheila had a small ceremony the night before so this day was planned to be a day long reception. When I arrived that morning Sheila took me on a trip around the house and grounds to meet and greet everyone making me feel like one of the gang. To be honest thats pretty much how I felt all day and made it so easy to photograph. In similar tradition to most wedding days the guys got ready separately but had a first look in the woods which was a really nice moment for them. We walked the grounds and took some couple portraits and once we were done it was time to head to the lawn where all their guests had gathered. Having no ceremony meant they had so much time to party and it was so nice for me too to have this time to roam and just capture everything.  It was on to the marquee for dinner and then dancing in the ballroom ….there was even time for some trampoline portraits, not the easiest thing to do in a wedding dress!

Guys I can’t thank you enough for letting me be a part of your “House Party Wedding Venue Ireland” and also for giving me two tomato plants and half a dozen eggs from your chickens.. (yes from their chickens)… you truly are honest to goodness great people! (I apologise in advance for the length of this post…but I found it hard to exclude images as each one is a reminder of the laughs…)
